The machine is intended for automatic run with full control of cleaning, drying and washing medium recycling parameters. VACUUM-CAST 3000 qualities: compact construction, small size, very high capacity and low noise level ecological cleaning with the use of hydrocarbons containing no chlorine-derived compounds entirely leakproof operating system which guarantees low medium consuming, lack of harmful fumes and no burdensome waste accordance with the strictest European rules concerning pollution emission money saving - thanks to the modern vacuum technology operational costs are minimized below 1 gr per 1 kg of cleaned parts high repeatibility of the cleanness level - a built-in vacuum distiller regenerates a cleaning medium, keeping a very low contamination level and preventing obsolescence and decomposition processes

| Operation description:
During each operating cycle a basket with cleaned parts is put into a machine. The moment the washing chamber is closed the fully automated washing programme starts. The basket containing the parts is put under the washing liquid flow influence. Additional support may be added in the form of: intensive spraying revolving or swaying motion ultrasounds
After the washing and rinsing processes vacuum drying, vapours condensation and constant filtration of a cleaning medium take place. The built-in vacuum distiller in the system of constant bath regeneration allows to minimize washing medium consumption at the same time providing the highest cleanness level of cleaned parts. The whole cleaning and washing process takes place in one chamber, without sewage and vapours, in a closed circuit and in an entirely automated way.

All parts in immediate contact with a cleaning medium are made of precious steel. The machines are ready to work the moment they are fed with power supply.
At the Customer’s request, the machine may work using chlorine-derived solvents TRI and PER.
