During the 74th Poznan International Fair - SURFEX 2002 salon - our VACUUM-DEST 3000 machine was awarded with a golden medal!

Machines used to vacuum-distil solvents:

Usage:

1. these machines are used to vacuum-distil chlorineless hydrocarbon solvents of the A III-class,with flashpoint above 55°C and chlorine-derived TRI and PER solvents.

Construction features:

1. boiler made of acidproof steel

2. instrumentation based on a Siemens S7 controller

3. Siemens OP7control panel with a display showing essential messages and technological parameters

4. automatic suction of filthy solvent

5. uninterrupted work in accordance with a programmed scheme

6. automatic rebuff of after-distillation waste

7. measurment of steam pressure, vacuum and solvent level

8. monitoring of cooling water parameters

9. optic fault-signalling

10. self-diagnostics and display of the reason of a fault

11. cooling system regulation (in order to minimize the use of water)

12. recovery of condensation heat (in order to minimize the use of energy)

13. safety tub which seizes spilt solvent

14. simplicity and safety in handling and maintaining, accordance with the latest european rules concerning safety and ecology

15. elimination of monitoring and analysis of a washing bath

16. possibility of minimizing operation costs considering an elongation of a cleaning medium use

17. keeping a very low rate of contamination during a bath, which is the condition that must be met with in order to maintain a repetitive cleannes standard of washed components
