HYDRO-DEST For industrial water distillation The HYDRO-DEST machines are indented for constant run. All their parts are manufactured with the highest accuracy, carefully assembled and controled in the fullest detail. The rotor-type vacuum pumps run without lubrication.They do not have valves and comprise only few moving parts. All parts in immediate contact with liquids, like steamers, pipe coils, connective lines and fittings, are made of corrosion-proof precious steel. No moving parts run in the filthy zones, therefore no wear or leaks took place. The tubular heat exchanger of the condenser is simple to handle and can be easily dismantled in order to be serviced.
All the parts are installed over an inflexible zinced bottom tub which also serves as a collecting tub.
The cover under which subassemblies are installed effectively mutes noise level. Thanks to that, the Hydro-Dest machines can be placed close to workstands. The automatic control is adjusted to the evaporation characteristics and the contamination level in a liquid.

Automatic rinsing machines:
HYDRO-DEST 20 - 400 are provided with manual rinsing valves. Additionaly, automatic rinsing machines, used for cleaning any parts in immediate contact with impurities, may be installed. The amount of work involved will be therefore minimized, even in the case of a very contaminated medium.
Delivery covers a tank of a rinsing medium, pneumatic-driven valves and a complete set of piping . By using a slime-draining pump for rising a maschine, a rinsing liquid is repumped in the whole circulation during a chosen period. The rising process is started and controlled by a built-in MPS. The machines are delivered ready to work.
