Supersonic one-chamber and multichamber wash stands

The wash stands are equipped with a cleaning medium heating system with an electronic temperature regulator and a worktime regulator. The supersonic generator has antigravitational and anti-overvoltage protection.

Laboratory washers

Supersonic cleaning - the cleaning process consists in generating of high amplitude vibrations which cause strong cavitation of a washing bath. millions of tiny bubbles implode on the surface and remove remnants of oil, emulsion, chips and polish paste. Thanks to the use of ultrasounds it is possible to accurately clean complicated parts. When it comes to washing of parts with blind holes no other method is as effective as this one.

The principle of operation of supersonic washing - supersonic waves are generated in a piezoceramic transducer and penetrate through a washing bath in the tank. High and low pressure waves appear alternately with frequency of 40 000 times per second. During the low pressure phase millions of vacuum bubbles appear - this is the so called cavitation forming process. during the high pressure phase the bubbles implode (explode to the inside), releasing huge amount of energy. Implosions work like a number of small cleaning brushes. They spread in all directions, attack all surfaces and penetrate all holes and hollows. Supersonic washing is more effective when used to clean hard materials rather than soft or porous ones. The harder the surface the more effective the supersonic operation. Therefore metals, glass and hard plastic suit perfectly to be cleaned with this method.
